Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Czech Vignette (czech-vignette.com). Czech Vignette is an independent online intermediary — not a state toll authority and not SFDI.
Operator / imprint
Operator of this website and contracting party for orders and subscriptions:
1. Service
We arrange registration of Czech digital e-vignettes (dálniční známka) for your license plate with the competent operator. What you purchase from us is this intermediary and processing service — not the vignette itself as an SFDI product.
2. Monthly subscription (flatrate)
Czech Vignette offers a monthly Czechia e-vignette subscription. It is not an unlimited toll pass and not an annual vignette.
- Price by selected package: €8.57/month (1-day vignette) or €11.84/month (10-day vignette), or the Stripe price shown at checkout (fallback €11.84). Flat regardless of vehicle type.
- Billed monthly in advance via Stripe Billing (EUR), rolling from the purchase date. The first period is charged immediately at checkout.
- Each paid billing month we fulfil one Czechia e-vignette (1-day or 10-day depending on your plan) for the registered plate — typically when activation is requested at least 7 days before travel (see checkout footnotes).
- Cancel anytime at the end of the current period — no notice period (0 days). Details: Cancel subscription.
- Vignettes already issued for paid periods are not prorated or refunded.
3. Your duties
You are responsible for accurate details (plate, registration country, email, vehicle type). Incorrect data may leave the vignette invalid.
